Why I built PDFcraft
Hi, I'm Rai Dajai — a developer from Nepal, currently working in Saudi Arabia.
I built PDFcraft because I was frustrated with how most PDF tools work. Almost every site I tried asked me to upload my files to their servers, create an account, or pay after a few uses. I didn't want that.
I just wanted simple PDF tools that respected privacy.
So I built PDFcraft differently.
PDFcraft processes document contents locally in your browser without uploading them to a PDFcraft processing backend. No account is required. The site and some tools still load resources over the internet.
I wanted useful tools to be accessible without a subscription. PDFcraft’s 13 current tools are free to use without an account. What a tool can handle depends on the document and the browser or device running it.
My journey into development has been unconventional. I left college in 2019. Since then, I've been learning by building — experimenting with game development, Android apps, and web projects alongside friends.
Most of my work is published under Dajai Studio, where I build Android games and apps. One of my projects, BrainStorm Quiz, is available on Google Play.
PDFcraft is my first serious web project, and I'm proud of it.
This project is still growing. I'm continuing to improve the tools, add new features, and make the experience faster and more private over time. My goal is simple:

Publishing and corrections
Rai Dajai is the creator of PDFcraft. Its guides are published under Dajai Studio; the publisher label does not identify an individual article writer or tester.
Found an inaccurate explanation or a mismatch with a tool? Use the contact page to send the page URL and the statement that needs review. Please do not send private documents or passwords.
Document processing stays local
PDFcraft uses browser-based libraries to process document contents locally and generate downloads. It has no PDF-processing upload backend. This is separate from website, CDN, and consent-dependent advertising requests described in the Privacy Policy.
No account required
PDFcraft does not require an account to use the tools. Processing time and usable file sizes depend on device memory, browser capabilities, and document complexity.
Free tools, optional advertising
PDFcraft’s current tools are free to use. Advertising resources load only after acceptance in the cookie banner. Declining leaves the core tools available.
